eSSL and ZKTeco machines send punches straight in. We also read files from eTimeTrackLite, Matrix, Realtime and Hikvision.
Corrections and overtime
Missed a punch? Ask for a correction. Overtime is worked out by your policy and sent for approval.
On duty and work from home
Out at a client or working from home? Ask once, and attendance stays right.

Which biometric machines work with Vatsin HRMS?

eSSL and ZKTeco machines that support ADMS (push) connect directly. Punches from eTimeTrackLite, Matrix, Realtime and Hikvision software can be imported.

What if someone forgets to clock out?

You choose: close the day automatically at shift end, or ask the person to correct it.
