Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancelling works for Vatsin, a service of Vatsin Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and when you get money back. It is part of our terms of service.

1. Free trial

The free trial of 14 days costs nothing. We do not take card details to start a trial, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If you do not choose a plan, your workspace locks when the trial ends.

2. How payment works

Plans are paid in advance, for a month or a year. We do not take automatic recurring payments. Each period is paid for separately, against our invoice or online through Razorpay.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Write to info@vatsintech.com from an admin’s email address, or tell your account manager.
Cancelling stops the next period. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
After that, you have 30 days to download your data. Then we delete it, as our privacy policy explains.

4. When we refund

We do not refund the unused part of a period when you cancel or move to a smaller plan. You get money back in these cases:

You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount. Tell us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the extra in full.
You end the agreement because we broke it, or we stop offering Vatsin. We refund the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.
A paid add-on was never switched on for you because of a fault on our side. We refund what you paid for it.

If you change plan in the middle of a period, talk to us first. We will adjust what you have already paid as a credit on your next invoice.

5. How refunds are paid

We pay refunds to the account or card you paid from. We start the refund within 7 working days of agreeing it, and your bank may take another 5 to 7 working days to show it. Refunds include the GST you paid, and we issue a GST credit note for them.
