Our timelines
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours, with a reference number.
- We resolve it within 15 days.
Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, rule 3(2). If your complaint is about personal data that a company (your employer) holds, you can also write to that company’s own grievance officer. You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
