Your data stays yours

Every company has its own space. One company can never see another company’s data.

Each company’s records are kept apart, and every request is checked against the company it belongs to.
Aadhaar and PAN numbers are stored encrypted (AES-256). Most screens show them masked.
Saved passwords in the password vault are encrypted with a separate key for each company.
Passwords for sign-in are never stored as text. We keep only a secure hash (bcrypt).

An employee sees their own records. A manager sees their team. HR and payroll see what their role allows.

Role-based access, set by your admin.
Two-step sign-in with a one-time code, which your admin can make compulsory.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft if your company uses them.
Seeing a full Aadhaar or PAN number needs the right permission, and is recorded.

If something changes, you can see who changed it and when.

An audit log records sign-ins and changes to important records.
Admins can search and review the log at any time.
After too many wrong passwords, the account is locked for a while to stop guessing.
