Invite ahead

Photo, ID and phone check
Take a photo, note the last four digits of an ID, and check the visitor’s phone with a code.
Host approves
The host is told on arrival and can approve before the visitor comes in.
Confidentiality agreement
Ask visitors to accept an agreement before they enter, where you need it.
Who is in the building
See who is on site, who has stayed too long and whose badge is not back.
Watchlist
Do not admit, or only warn, for people on your watchlist.
Deliveries
Log couriers and packages with the tracking number.
Gate passes
Material in and out with items and serial numbers, what is due back and what is late.
Vehicles and step-out
Log vehicles and drivers, and let staff ask to step out during the day with approval.

You choose. Set the number of days, and older visitor details are cleared.
Do I need Vatsin HRMS to use VMS?
No. VMS works on its own. Hosts are your employees, which you can add or import.
